Welcome to Encourage Inspire Uplift!
When you wake up every morning are you having negative thoughts? Do you immediately think of all the wrong things going on in your life? Do you dread going to work or school and would rather go back to bed? These early morning thoughts will be the cause of a day with negative results. There are many people living this way each day and they are the cause of blocking their own blessings with this mindset.
It can be difficult sometimes to be grateful for anything when there are areas in your life that could use improvement. But in order for your life to change you must start with yourself. How is your mind, heart, and spirit? If you can be honest with yourself and pinpoint the areas that need change then you’re headed in the right direction to a better life. It’s imperative to feed the soul for a healthier mind, heart, and spirit which equals to a happier life. That’s what Encourage Inspire Uplift does.
It will provide the spiritual food that is needed to help you with your path to a healthier, happier, and fulfilling life one day at a time. An important step to a healthier mind and spirit is to feed yourself with daily spiritual nourishment. People eat everyday to provide themselves with the nourishment they need to maintain a healthy body. Without food it can cause health issues and even death. The same goes with feeding your spirit. If you don’t feed yourself spiritually it can provoke emotional and mental issues such as depression, anxiety, fear among other distress in your life.
In order to accomplish maintaining a healthy mind and spirit you must feed yourself daily with devotionals, scriptures, or inspirational stories. These nourishments can be accessed via the internet, books, and music. If you do not have access to any type of spiritual nourishment to feed your mind with, don’t worry you are in the right place. We will provide you with what you’ll need to get your day started.
Every morning when I awake I sit on the edge of my bed and thank the Lord for allowing me to see another day. I then begin my verbal gratitude checklist. Each day my gratitude list is different. Some days my gratitude list includes my health, my senses, my job, my car that provides me with daily transportation, my family, my wonderful friends, my colleagues, and the list goes on and on from there. We all have so much to be grateful for so it’s not very difficult to compose a gratitude list. Some may feel the need to write their gratitude list and others will recite it. I choose to recite it throughout the morning while preparing myself for my day. It’s a wonderful way to start your day and you will see your day flourish from there.
Once I’m in my car driving, I start to pray. Some days my prayers are focused on my morning travel and sometimes my prayers may last the entire drive. It all depends on what my spirit calls me to do. What’s important is that I’m still giving thanks and showing my gratitude through prayer. When I arrive at work, I immediately log into my computer to get my day started. I then pull out my book of Our Daily Bread and read the scripture for the day. It’s my very own spiritual breakfast. A great way to stat my day! I am aware that with having my spiritual breakfast it will provide me with the nourishment I need to have a productive and blessed day.
I encourage all of you to do the same. Be creative with your style of the gratitude list. The purpose of feeding yourself spiritually is to meditate on it and apply it daily into your life. This will enable you to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste another minute procrastinating.

What a great way to start the day! I love the way you refer to daily meditation as “spiritual breakfast” and agree that breakfast being the most important meal of the day is as important as starting the day with a nice dose of Gratitude.

Since I have been recently olmepnuyed, I have been searching for any and every excuse to blame the company I worked at for my firing. After listening to Dani, I realize there were things I could/should have done differently and now I feel God has brought me to a place of spiritual overhaul. I am scared but I know our God is in control and that is HIS time I will find employment that will glorify HIM. It may not be as fast as I want, but I am willing to wait in Faith. I pray for all who viit this site and for Dani and her family and staff to continue their good work.
